Hi, I’m Kelly, and as a local Hawai’i realtor I have my fingers on the pulse of the Kona community and my attention on the needs of my clients. Mentored by real estate powerhouses of the east coast and guided by a deep love for Hawaii, my approach to real estate is a woven mantle of energy, dedication, knowledge, and respect.

My designations include:

GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) – The GRI designation is realtor education on steroids. It delves deep into legal, technological, professional and sales processes.

ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) – Buyers, this one is all about you! The ABR is the special sauce that makes purchasing your home that much easier.

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) – If you needed brain surgery, would you go to a general practitioner or a specialist? Real estate is no different. Out of a million Realtors less than 3% have the CRS designation, and having a specialist on your team can mean the difference between months of headaches (or heartache) and an uncomplicated path to the next exciting phase of your life.

Giving back to the community is a core value of mine, and I donate 10% of my net commission to the non-profit of your choosing.
